The staff members at Concordia at Cabot are experts in simplifying the process for you and your family, and will work to help make your experience as easy as possible. We’ll even do the admissions paperwork for you. Offered at one of the best values in the region, all of our personal care suites can be furnished and decorated to your individual preferences. While most are private, we do have some semi-private suites to accommodate a variety of budgets Our personal care residents receive: Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene. Mobility assistance. Assistance with medical care (including wound care) and medication. Scheduling of medical appointments and transportation.
