Mr. Goldstein also represents clients at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Oakland Park field office in family-based petitions and citizenship applications. Frieda M. Goldstein, a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor with the Miami Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office spent the last eleven years as a Trial Attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel litigating thousands of cases before both the Miami and New York Immigration Court. Ms. Goldstein brings her experience, including her former position as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Immigration Judges in both Miami and New York to Pozo Goldstein, LLP as a Partner of the firm.
